David Meager

David has a strong belief in the key to success being first class staff development and management coaching and training, which he put to good effect in the motor industry through the diverse economic climate from the 1980s to 2005. Achieving outstanding performance in both sales and management leading one of the largest car dealerships in Europe, his team development and succession planning was identified as a key feature. 

David's expertise has been utilised in Further Education where he managed Employer Engagement and Apprenticeship programmes and gained a reputation for ensuring excellence in service, high quality training and innovation in a rapidly changing environment for businesses large and small.


Gavin Muge

Gavin has a background in the recruitment and leisure industries spanning 15 years. As an Operations Manager for two different companies over a 10-year period that ran multipurpose public leisure facilities Gavin gained extensive of experience in facility management primarily sales, marketing, HR, health and safety, event planning and customer care. 

Gavin is also a former National List Assistant Referee where over a 9-year spell he officiated in over 250 matches in the Football League, FA Cup and League Cup.  This high-octane environment was the ideal place to put his skills in communication, decision making and conflict resolution into actual practice

Gavin’s specialities include helping under-performing sales teams to adopt a consultative selling approach and helping people managers adopt soft skills to help them manage their people in a beneficial way. 


Miriam Drahmane

With over 20 years’ B2B marketing experience, Miriam is a passionate and highly motivated Chartered Marketer, who speaks fluent French and German. With extensive European client-side marketing experience, Miriam provides no-nonsense strategic clarity with a hands-on approach, ensuring marketing productivity, ROI and business growth for clients. Miriam is a big believer that marketing should align to the financial goals of the business and that marketers should have a strategic voice in the boardroom.


Jo Trimarco

Jo has over 19 years of HR experience, specialising in small to mid-size companies including manufacturing, IT software, leisure, international consultancy, commercial cleaning, charity and recruitment.  Her broad experience includes employee relations, company restructuring, policy and procedure development, HR audits and training. She is very hands-on and embodies confidence with a calm and level approach to all things. Her greatest achievement was setting up a complete HR function for a start-up company in 2000. In her spare time Jo likes to travel and is a keen keep-fit fanatic.
