Our Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all training courses and events organised or run by DRM Business Training & Consultancy (hereafter referred to as DRMTC).

2. Payment

(a) Full payment is required within 14 calendar days of issue of our invoice or prior to the course start date whichever the sooner,

(b) We reserve the right to apply a 5% surcharge in cases of overdue payment.

(c) Prices quoted from 1 January 2014 in our leaflets and on our web site include VAT. Our VAT Registration number is 337 6156 60.

3. Reservations

Provisional bookings may be accepted over the telephone or by email; however these must be confirmed by signing a client agreement within 5 working days. DRMTC reserve the right to reallocate places where this confirmation is not received.

4. Confirmation

Upon receipt of a course registration / agreement form (and purchase order where applicable) DRMTC will confirm booking and issue relevant course joining instructions.

5. Acceptance of Candidates

It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that they or the candidate(s) for whom they book places are suitable for the course.

6. Cancellations and transfers by the client

(a) If a cancellation is requested 6 weeks before the start of the course then there is no charge.

(b) If cancellation is requested between 4 to 6 weeks before the start of the course a 25% charge will be levied

(c) If a cancellation is requested between 2 to 4 weeks before the start of the course then a 50% charge will be levied.

(d) If a cancellation is requested in less than 2 weeks before the start of the course then the full course fees must be paid.

(e) Candidates may be substituted at any point up until the commencement of the course.

7. Cancellation and transfers by DRMTC

Courses are run subject to minimum numbers of candidates, and in exceptional circumstances DRMTC reserve the right to cancel a course. In such a case a client will be offered an alternative course or a full refund of monies paid.

8. Certificates

Certificates will be sent to candidates who successfully complete the course after the full course fee has been received.

9. Course Content

DRMTC reserve the right to adjust the content of any course to reflect changes or new developments. All course material and visual aids are copyright of DRMTC and or associates and may not be reproduced in any form without the express permission of DRMTC and or associates

10. Safety

Candidates shall observe the safety regulations in force at the premises where the training takes place. These regulations are available for inspection upon request.

10a Liability

Any property brought to the premises where the training takes place is at the risk of the individual. DRMTC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any individual’s property where the training takes place. Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct course materials are provided DRMTC does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions.

11. Variation of terms and conditions

These terms may only be varied in writing by an authorised person of DRMTC.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with English law.
