Tony has spent all of his career one way or another working in the food industry. For a good many years Tony worked as a relief head chef working all over London and the South East, encountering a variety of contract catering outlets with varying numbers of employees. In a change of direction he decided to specialise in Food Hygiene, this eventually and naturally extended into qualifying as a teacher.
Shortly afterwards the opportunity came along to join one of the UK's largest Food Manufacturing Companies where he was eventually engaged as the Training Officer responsible for staff training across the whole site. This role not only involved teaching food hygiene but also working on quality control aspects of mass produced cooked chilled ready meals and soups for UK Supermarkets.
Latterly Tony has become a Consultant Food Safety Advisor and Auditor for small and medium size businesses. In his spare time Tony is a Radio Show Host.
