A specialist in the use of technology in training, Andrew has worked with many educational institutions and businesses in his capacity as a Learning & Skills Improvement Service Associate and Chair of the JISC RSC Eastern Region E-learning Forum.

With 20 years' experience in business consultancy, fund management and marketing and a further 17 years lecturing in Further Education and at university he brings a unique blend of valuable skills and knowledge to the group.

Andrew has developed a range of web sites to provide resources for both trainers and learners, including original exercises, assignments and support across a range of subjects and levels. He is an active member of the international e-learning community, writing articles and speaking at conferences,  renowned for his ability to translate educational jargon into Plain English.

He developed a Staff ICT Skills Audit tool as a Masters project with Middlesex University which provides valuable data for organisations to see where they stand in comparison to national skills benchmarks and identifies where staff strengths and weaknesses may lie.
